How is access to the RGL controlled?

When installed the CD copies a file, RGL.LCF, to the target hard disk. In it's unamended form this file limits user access to:

• only one user (not relevant on a standalone machine, but is relevant for a network)
• for up to 5 hours (cumulatively/over a number of sessions, does not have to be at one sitting!)
• no later than a certain set date, usually a couple of months from publication
